1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune):
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Rest of India (Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities):
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch

Remote areas (J&K, Northeast states, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep):
Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather events, or courier operational delays outside our control.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

Free delivery on all orders above ₹599 (all India).
For orders below ₹599: flat shipping charge of ₹60.

4. COURIER PARTNERS

We ship through the Shiprocket courier network, which includes Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, XpressBees, and DTDC. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery pincode and real-time availability.

5. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking link and courier name will be sent via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order in real time by logging in to your account on healoram.com and visiting My Orders.

6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the address provided. If all attempts fail due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Please contact support@healoram.com to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives visibly damaged or is not delivered within the estimated window, please contact us at support@healoram.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photographs of any damage. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

8. CURRENTLY SHIPPING TO

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. For international purchase enquiries, please contact support@healoram.com.
